Inspired to Learn
Pupil Development and Staff Training
About Us
Since 2011, Inspired to Learn has been dedicated to providing tailored support and development programs for children, young people, and the professionals who work with them. Based in London, we offer a range of services, including bespoke and off-the-shelf workshops, staff training, one-on-one mentoring, consultancy, and supportive supervision.
We collaborate with schools, local authorities, and individuals across London to help foster a nurturing and productive environment for young people. In response to growing demand, we have expanded our adult training and supervision services across the UK. To make our support even more accessible, our supportive supervision sessions and Learning Mentor training are now available via Zoom, allowing for flexible and convenient access.
Our services are designed for those supporting the behavior, development, safety, and well-being of children and young people. This includes educators in schools and colleges, community settings, alternative educational providers, foster carers, and social services teams.

"I attended the Learning Mentor Induction Training and enjoyed the course as the trainer had a very relaxed and informative approach. The course covered in great depth what it is to be a learning mentor, allowing you to develop the knowledge and skills required for the role."

"At the Emotional Literacy Training I learned how to use emotional literacy to gain a better outcome when dealing with children. I will use the A-Z game for children to identify emotions and discuss with my line manager how to use emotional literacy in school."
Emotional Literacy to Enhance Positive Behaviour Training
Emma Woods, Roehampton School, Wandsworth
"I attended the Developing Emotional Literacy to Enhance Positive Behaviour Training and learned how to speak with pupils on a more emotional level and how to get the best from them. I am going to use the games that were shown and I am going to be mindful of what I say and how I sometimes act. There was a lot of information we gained from others as well as from the trainer."
